IRONLIFT

The lifting log that grades you.

Log every set. See where each muscle group stands on a Beginner → Elite scale, normalized to your bodyweight. Get a coach that reads your numbers, not a template. Then climb the season.

Train tab: an active session ready to resume, your library of workouts, and the toolbar for history, browse, new, search and coach
Active session: 45° leg press, five sets with previous, kg and reps, each set checked off with the rest logged between
Strength Profile: chest graded Intermediate from a 1.36× bodyweight bench press, other groups awaiting a lift

Log sets the way you lift them

Your previous numbers sit next to every set. Check a set, the rest timer starts on its own, and the rest you actually took is written into the log.

A default rest for every set type. Warmup 45 s, working 1:30, drop 1:00, failure 3:00, superset 1:00 out of the box. Change any of them, or override per exercise.

On the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. The rest countdown runs as a Live Activity with −15 s, +15 s, Skip and Complete set, so the phone stays in your pocket.

Warmup, working, drop, failure, superset. Set types are first-class, colour-coded, and each carries its own rest.

02 · Strength Profile

Every muscle group, graded

Chest, shoulders, arms, back, legs and core each get a grade from Beginner to Elite, from your estimated one-rep max normalized to your bodyweight. Core is read from weekly training volume.

Normalized to you. Thresholds are multiples of your bodyweight, shown in kilos for your weight, so a 79 kg lifter and a 100 kg lifter are graded on the same scale.

Automatic or hand-picked. IronLift picks the lift that best represents each group, the strongest benchmark you've trained recently, or you pin the one you want graded.

Benchmark lifts carry a letter. The compound lifts strength standards are built on are badged, so you know which lift moved your grade.

Drill into any group. Every lift that qualifies to grade the group, with its ratio, level and trend.

03 · The coach Pro

A coach that reads your log

Grounded in your training data: plateaus, deloads, volume, programming. It builds from what you've actually lifted, not a questionnaire and a template.

A coach conversation: the lifter asks for a three-day full-body program for six weeks; the coach answers in one line and a Program card, 6-Week Full Body (Novice), with follow-up chips to add a fourth day, switch to upper/lower, or focus on compounds
The proposal opened: 6-Week Full Body (Novice), 6 weeks, 3 days a week, linear progression, Block 1 with Full Body A, B and C, and Add to Library

Answers as cards, not essays. Ask for a program and you get a proposal you can open, tweak and save; ask about a lift and you get its numbers.

Mid-workout adaptation. Machine taken, shoulder cranky, out of time: the session adapts with swaps and volume changes while you're still on the floor.

Your week, read back to you. Mid-week it's your pace: sessions done vs planned, your top climbing lift, the next session, any new PR. When the week closes, a report card with a daily coach read.

Plateau detected. No e1RM gain across a block, and the coach names three concrete fixes.

04 · Exercise library

Find the lift in two taps

Search or filter by body part, equipment, difficulty and injury. Every exercise ships with an illustration and the muscles it works. Not there? Create your own and it lives with the rest.

Body partEquipmentDifficultyInjury

Add mid-session. The same library opens from the active session, so a substitution never breaks the flow.

Injury-aware. Filter out what your shoulder or knee can't do today.

Add Exercise: search, four filter chips, and an illustrated list

05 · Seasons

No rest for the strong

Every season is a twelve-week campaign with a twelve-tier ladder. Train, climb, unlock. A free track for everyone and a Pro track on top. A feed shows who joined the warband and where you stand.

Public campaigns are open to everyone. Join, train, and your sessions count toward the ladder.

Leaderboards and a feed. See who joined, who's climbing, and where you sit.

Rewards you wear. Tiers pay out gear and scenes for your avatar.

06 · Your lifter

An avatar that earns its gear

A pixel-art lifter you build: body, skin, hair, colour, head gear, hand gear, a pet, a scene. Gear comes from seasons and specialization. Your Power Level climbs with what you lift.

Profile: your lifter in the Pumpkin King set on a beach scene, Edit Avatar and Settings, the specialization badge and Your Trajectory
Customize: the scene preview, tabs for build, skin, hair, color, body, head, pet, hands and scene, and Revert / Equip

Specialization. Commit to a lift and walk its specialist path: badges that mark the milestones.

Your trajectory. Where you stand, which lifts are climbing, which need attention, and your streak.

It's all earned. Nothing on the avatar is bought outright: seasons, specialization and tiers pay it out.

07 · Your data

Bring your history. Keep your rings.

Import from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes and IronLift detects the format. Any other CSV, you map the columns. Apple Health reads your bodyweight, workouts and heart rate, and every finished session is written back to your Activity ring.

Health Sync on your terms. Choose which data types are on, sync on demand, or revoke access.

Equipment and limitations. Tell it what your gym has and what your body can't do, and plans, swaps and the library respect it.

Export or delete, any time. Your data is yours. Export it, or delete the account and everything with it, from inside the app.

08 · Free and Pro

Log free. Go Pro for the coach.

Logging, the library and public seasons cost nothing. Pro adds the coach, the builders, mid-workout adaptation, advanced analytics and your full history.
