Strong, Hevy and FitNotes exports are detected automatically. Any other CSV asks you to map its columns to exercise, date, weight and reps; do that once and it imports. Strong exports carry no weight unit, so IronLift asks you to confirm kilos or pounds. Apple Health strength data has no per-set detail and can’t be imported as a file. On Free, imports are capped to the last 30 days.
Open Settings ▸ Health Sync in IronLift and check that workouts are enabled, then tap sync. If the toggle won’t stick, iOS may have denied the permission: iOS Settings ▸ Health ▸ Data Access & Devices ▸ IronLift, and allow Workouts to be written.
The countdown is a Live Activity. In iOS Settings ▸ IronLift, make sure Live Activities are allowed. It appears when a rest starts and clears when the set completes or the session ends.
You haven’t logged a lift that qualifies to grade it yet. The card names one that will. Once it’s logged, the grade appears on the next open of your Profile.
Use Restore Purchases from the Pro screen while signed in to the Apple ID that bought it. If it still says locked, write to us with the App Store receipt email and we’ll sort it.
Both are inside the app. Export gives you your log; deleting the account removes your data with it. If you can’t sign in to do it, email support from the address on the account.
