Everything you need to know about IronLift
IronLift is currently in development and will launch first on iOS. We don't have a specific release date yet, but you can reach out via our support page to be notified when we launch.
We're launching on iOS first. Android support is planned for a future release, but we don't have a timeline yet. Sign up for updates to be notified when Android becomes available.
Your avatar will level up as you log workouts. XP will be earned based on volume (sets x reps x weight), consistency (streak bonuses), and hitting PRs. Each level unlocks a visible rank title — from Recruit all the way to Legend — displayed on your profile.
Gear will be earned by hitting milestones: new PRs, streak achievements, completing campaigns, and more. Categories include headwear, tops, bottoms, shoes, and equipment slots. Rare gear with glow effects will be reserved for exceptional achievements. Gear will never be paywalled — everything is earned through effort.
Campaigns will be time-limited group challenges you create and invite friends to join. Set a goal (total volume, miles run, workouts completed), a timeframe, and track progress automatically from logged workouts. Completing a campaign will earn all participants an exclusive gear drop.
Missions will be objectives with clear completion conditions and rewards. Daily missions refresh every 24 hours (e.g., "Log a push workout"). Weekly missions are bigger challenges (e.g., "Train 4 days this week"). Campaign missions are tied to active group challenges. Completing missions earns XP and occasionally gear.
Yes! You'll be able to add friends by username to see their avatar, rank, active campaigns, recent PRs, and streak count. Leaderboards will rank by total XP, weekly volume, and current streak. You'll get notifications when friends hit PRs or level up.
We haven't finalized our pricing model yet. We're committed to making sure all gear and progression features are earned through effort, not purchases. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to launch.
